3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including food cost, packaging, service charges, and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Treatss does not handle payments directly.

5. Delivery Policy

All deliveries are handled by the respective restaurants or their delivery partners. Treatss is not responsible for delivery delays, accidents, or any incidents occurring during transportation. Any disputes regarding delivery should be taken up directly with the restaurant or delivery person involved.

6. Vendor (Restaurant) Terms

Restaurants and food vendors listed on Treatss are independent businesses. By partnering with Treatss, vendors agree that:

• They are solely responsible for compliance with food safety, hygiene, labor, and local licensing laws.
• They are responsible for timely preparation and delivery of orders using their own staff or delivery partners.
• Treatss holds no liability for customer complaints, refund requests, or order mistakes.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Treatss harmless against any legal claims, disputes, damages, or regulatory actions arising from their operations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or harass vendors, delivery partners, or Treatss staff. Treatss reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violating our community standards or local laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Treatss are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Treatss is not responsible for:

• Food quality or safety issues
• Restaurant service delays or misconduct
• Delivery accidents, theft, or injury
• Disputes between users, restaurants, or drivers

In no event shall Treatss or its affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Treatss may terminate or suspend your account without notice for violating our terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance. Your continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.

13. Disclaimer and Legal Separation

Treatss is a marketplace facilitator. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any restaurants, kitchens, or delivery services.

By using our platform, you understand and agree that:

• Treatss is not responsible for food preparation, delivery quality, or restaurant hygiene.
• All delivery logistics are handled by third parties (usually the restaurant itself), and Treatss is not liable for any accident, delay, theft, or damage caused during delivery.
• Any disputes, complaints, or damages must be addressed directly with the respective vendor or party involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold Treatss and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or interactions with third-party vendors and delivery partners.
